Return & Refund Policy
If the product is found to be defective during the warranty period, once we confirm the problem, we will either replace it with the same product or repair it in a manner we deem appropriate.
However, please note that if we are unable to replace or repair the product with the same product due to being out of stock or the end of the sale, etc., we may replace it with an equivalent subsequent product or refund the price of the product in our system.
This warranty does not apply to defects caused by customer negligence.

Specific after-sales policies are as follows:
Non-Receipt of Products / Damaged Products Received
1. If you believe your product was not delivered or lost, you must notify immediately notify us.
2. If you believe the product you received was damaged, or if you receive an incorrect/incomplete product, you must immediately contact us with proof of videos and/or pictures.
30-day No Reason to Return
1. 30-Day Refund Policy
Within 30 days of your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase (including but not limited to “don’t want”, ”don’t meet your needs”, or “don’t like” ), you may return the purchased items complete, unused, and in their original packing.
However, you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping costs. Once your item is received and inspected, we will deduct the shipping cost of the return from your refund.
2. Refused Delivery
Please note that the return costs will be deducted from any refund if you reject the shipments.
NOTE: For products that have been used, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item you'll need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Evopow will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can get an RMA form by contacting us via telephone or email for assistance.
Evopow warranty policy does not apply to:
1. Misused/abused/damaged by accident/damaged due to force majeure (e.g. lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.)
2. Unauthorized modification/repair/dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals
Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
3. Used for special applications other than normal consumer use
Lost/stolen/free/refunded product
4. Any defect or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids, or other external causes
